How do I report a bug?

Email us at hello@snekgame.io with your device model, OS version, and a description of the issue. Screenshots are always helpful.

My leaderboard score is wrong

Scores sync when you have an active internet connection. If your score still looks off after reconnecting, reach out to us directly.

How do I request a new AI agent?

We love suggestions! Send us an email and tell us what kind of AI opponent you'd like to see — strategy, speed, chaos — we're all ears.
